i have recently just gotten my first tattoo, im actually really happy with the way it came out and i cant wait to start adding to it once i get the money. I think for my next piece im going to get on my right wrist ”and straight on untill morning” im a little too excited. I plan to cover my left arm eventually in time.

it has been so long since i have even been on this site and updated anything, but with that being said im going to try to start using it more often! hopefully i can keep up with it. Anyway i’d like to let any one who cares know that i have started a new project with a few friends and its alot heavier then any band i have been in. Im really excited to start getting out there again it has been way too long since i have steped foot on stage with something of my own. My new projects name is Your World On Fire swing by our page on face book and give it a like! we dont have any song up right now but keep checking back because thing are brewing and are soon due to be released. I have to say that im actually very excited to start performing again! hopefully i’ll get to see all your pretty faces from the stage :)
I can not wait to perform again, one of my many addictions. Makes my life worth living.
its been a long while…
hi,
its been a while since i have posted on here and i figured since i have nothing better to do why not? here is an update with my band Crossing Continents. We recently have come across somone who plays drums, im not throwing a name out quite yet because we havent even really talked much to the person but this coming weekend we will hopefully be meeting up with this person and seeing if they would fit with us. I cant even begin to describe how much i miss spilling my emotions on the stage it is my addiction and i cant wait to write, so much has happend to me personally since i have been able to write it out into poetry/song all the things from heart break, self conflict, hatered, love, and all the way to the good things in life like all of the amazing people i am surrounded by in my every day life and the amazing times i have had with people and great things i have come across. I have so much to write about, if i hold it in any longer i think i might explode.

it’s been a while…
i have started a new band after the downfall of slow motion sickness. the new project i started will be named Crossing Continents if you want to check us out i will have the myspace and facebook link at the bottom of this post. this new band i promise will be alot better then slow motion sickness i have learned so much in the past year and i have never felt this confident in anything else. its going to be a long battle to where i once was but i have no doubt in my mind that i will get there.

to whom it may concern…whats up with sms
i am putting this out here so people who are wondering about sms here is the truth things in slow motion sickness are changing alot, Anthony Ruggerio has left the band for personal reasons him and myself are still on very good terms hes a good friend of mine and i honestly dont know how much longer this band is going to stand on its feet but right now we have made the decision to go on hiatus for the summer, with that being said alot of stuff will come together this summer after we just talk things out and find our sence of direction untill the decisions are made………..you have not seen the last of us Mark My Words.
SMS Update
just a quick update on whats going on. we dropped off the may 7th back door show were going to practice alot before our big show in june with broadway. and also watch out for a few new things coming within the next few months.
